The Platte River Recovery Implementation Program is soliciting quotes from prospective businesses to provide daily pilot and aircraft services during the 2019 fall whooping crane season.  Details on the aircraft and schedule requirements are located in the Request for Quote.  Separate RFQ are posted for each of two flight legs, east and west, and contractors can submit quotes for one or both.  This RFQ is for the WEST leg.
