KEARNEY, NE: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service ( ), in coordination with the Platte River Recovery Implementation Program ( ), terminated the “North Platte Chokepoint Test Flow Release” on Friday July 24, 2020 and began ramping down ( ) releases. River stage at the city of North Platte is expected to fall below 6.0 ft on Monday July 27, 2020 and all water will be downstream of the city by Tuesday evening.
