The Platte River Recovery Implementation Program is soliciting proposals from consultants to conduct a reconnaissance-level study of alternatives to optimize the use of existing groundwater recharge projects for reducing streamflow deficits at Grand Island, NE. Potential options include recapture wells and/or an outlet from Elwood Reservoir to Plum Creek.

The full scope and appropriate methods for performing analyses will be developed collaboratively by the Program's Executive Director's Office (EDO) and the Consultant after selection.

Proposals will be accepted until 5:00 P.M. Central Time on Tuesday, July 18, 2023.

A mandatory virtual pre-proposal meeting for interested parties will be held via Microsoft Teams on Thursday, June 29, 2023 from 12:00-1:30 P.M. Central Time.
