The Program is soliciting sealed bids for purchase and removal of the farmhouse, which is located at 74825 Road 450, Elm Creek, NE 68836. The original construction of the house was in 1953 with an addition constructed in 2010. The original house is of wood frame construction and the addition is constructed of concrete-filled Styrofoam block which may or may not be able to be moved. Additional information:

• The house has a total of 2,460 square feet. The original construction was 1,368 square feet; the 39 addition added 1,092 square feet.
• Heating and cooling is with an electric pump.
• Floors are hardwood in the original construction; laminate in the addition. Interior walls are sheetrock.
• The main level has a living room, kitchen/ dining area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a gun 44 room, office, and laundry area.
• The kitchen cabinets have been removed.
• The house was rewired along with the addition constructed in 2010.

The house must be removed within one year of the purchase closing date. Those submitting a sealed bid for the farmhouse should read the content of the attached solicitation carefully, as these will form the basis of the agreement with the Program.
