PRRIP is soliciting bids for aerial flying services to perform daily flyovers of the Platte River around sunrise from October 9 to November 15, 2020.  Flights are being made for the purposes of observing roosting whooping cranes and sandhill cranes and will last approximately 2 hours. Aircraft must accommodate 1-2 biologist observers in addition to the pilot.

One flight will leave from Grand Island each morning, one flight will leave from Kearney.  Interested contractors must bid on each leg separately.
