The Governance Committee of the Platte River Recovery Implementation Program submits this RFB to solicit bids from contractors for aircraft/pilot to fly two Program employees each morning between the dates of March 6^th – April 29^th AND October 9^th – November 15^th. Flights are flown along the Platte River between Chapman, NE and Lexington, NE.
